please read: a note regarding returns during COVID-19 store closure:

due to our brick & mortar location being closed until further notice, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges at this time. our standard return policy will go into full effect when our doors open again. that being said, please note:

  • all purchases of full-priced items made from 3/15/2020 on will be eligible for return or exchange when we re-open (date TBD).
  • at that time, our usual 14-day return policy will be instated.
  • sale items purchased during this time are still final sale- no returns will be accepted.

for items purchased on

  • all items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and smoke, perfume, and deodorant free. we reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.
  • all items must be returned within 14 days of being delivered to you. We will use the delivery date from the UPS tracking number provided at the time of shipment. any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. after 14 days , we are unable to accept returns on any purchases.
  • beauty & apothecary items are final sale. sale and clearance items are always final sale. absolutely no returns!
  • return item shipping is the responsibility of the customer. we do not provide return labels. please send all returns to:

please note your order number inside the package. once the return is received, please allow up to 5 business days to see the return on your bank account.
  • damaged items: if you receive a damaged/defective item, please email within 5 days of delivery. please include a picture of the damage and your order number. 
  • additional info on returns: shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. pack the shoebox inside another box, as the original shoebox must be return undamaged. any signs of wear to the shoe will make them ineligible for return.
  • once an item has been worn, it's yours for good. ANTHEM is not liable for any damage that occurs as the item is being worn (this includes washing & drying as well- please consult the tag attached to the garment for washing instructions). we reserve the right to refuse a returned item that was reported damaged or items that show signs of wear.

for items purchased in-store:

  • refunds or exchanges are permitted within 14 days of original purchase date with receipt. refunds are made only to the original payment method. if you are returning something with a gift receipt, you will receive store credit.
  • store credit only for all sales after 14 days.
  • 90 days after original purchase date, item becomes final sale. no exceptions!
  • items cannot be returned without original tags attached and the item must be unworn. this is determined at the discretion of a sales associate. sorry, we do not offer price adjustments.
  • sale and clearance items are always final sale- no exceptions!
  • beauty & apothecary items are final sale.
